How It Works:

1. Initiate a Return/Exchange: Submit your return or exchange request through our website within 3 days of receiving your order Your Return will only be accepted if the we have sent the wrong product or we have sent a defective product.

2. Pickup Process Begins: Once your request is approved, the return process will be started

4. Hand Over the Product: Ensure the product is unused, with all tags attached, and hand it over to the delivery agent.

5. Refund/Exchange Process:

If returning, your refund will be processed within 48 hours after pickup and a amount of ₹256 per product will be deducted as delivery charge and for exchange ₹129 .will be deducted

If exchanging, the new product will be shipped as soon as the return is received.
